“Support from the Sozosei Foundation Community Fund held at San Joaquin Community Foundation is enabling us to provide fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables to our African American communities as well as some of the most underserved communities in South Stockton. We have also been able to staff part time help for planting and harvesting on larger scales to reach more people.  Your grant is helping us to continue to serve the communities that need FRESH fruits and vegetables the MOST.  Thank you Community Foundation and Sozosei Foundation!”
