209Gives was launched by the San Joaquin Community Foundation in 2020. 209Gives is a unique and one-of-a-kind event, helping build the capacity of San Joaquin nonprofits through a 24-hour digital fundraising event hosted in April. With support from sponsors, the Community Foundation is able to offer 209Gives at no cost, with 100% of funds raised being passed through to nonprofits in our County. Nonprofits participating in this program can leverage a modern and secure online giving platform, professionally developed marketing materials, trainings, communication tools, and much more at no cost — to support their work to make San Joaquin County a place where there are no barriers to bright futures.
