Louis Ponick joined the San Joaquin Community Foundation in January 2020 and is the Interim CEO. Prior to the this role, Louis also held the position of Director of Donor Relations and prior to that, served as the Foundation’s Director of Grants and Scholarships. Louis has served as Assistant Dean for Development at the University of the Pacific’s School of Engineering and Computer Science, as the National Director of Major and Planned Gifts at the PETA Foundation in Berkeley, CA, and as CEO of the Save-Mart Employee Association in Modesto, CA. He has a B.A. from Sonoma State University and an M.B.A. from C.S.U. Sacramento.
