Black Urban Famers Association
Support from the Sozosei Foundation Community Fund is enabling the organization to provide fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables to our African American communities in Stockton.
Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery – After School Art Program
Thanks to the support we received from the Sozoei Foundation Community Fund, we have been able to provide a free after school art instruction program for students in grades 3
Little Manila Rising – DAWN Program
The funds received from the Brian M. Stocker Fund allowed the organization to double our youth-led efforts by contracting two additional youth to run training workshops and social media campaigns
Boys & Girls Club at Sierra Vista Stockton – Building Great Futures in Stockton-Triple Play: A Game Plan for Mind, Body, Soul
The Club was fortunate to receive support from the Brian M. Stocker Fund for the Club's Triple Play Program: A Game Plan for Mind, Body, Soul for the 2021-2022 school
Common Ground Senior Service – Wheels for Meals
Support from the Community Foundation has allowed the agency to purchase a new refrigerated all-wheel-drive cargo van, replacing an older vehicle whose maintenance cost and repairs exceed the vehicle’s value.Our New Name
